Our vision is to offer the Bach as a safe space for retreat as often as possible. It has a peaceful, introspective quality nestled amongst the Mānuka and Horoeka that lends itself so well to quiet reflection and healing.
We firmly believe that EVERYONE DESERVES RETREAT from the fast paced hum of the world, and it shouldn’t cost the earth. We get it, it’s sometimes difficult to find time for yourself, there’s too much to do and others are depending on you, which is exactly why self care is so important. If you have been dreaming of some quality ‘me time’, then it’s time to make it happen… you can curate yourself your perfect solo retreat and it doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg.



Three Night Self-led Solo Retreat
Our three night self led solo retreat allows time for you to totally land and relax, and spend some time doing ‘your thing’ immersed in the bush. It’s a great opportunity to step out of your normal routine to reflect on what’s important to you and realign your internal compass.

Consider if you will be staying put the whole time, or adventuring out and about - the zig zag track is an easy walk from the backdoor, with a cracking view at the lookout just 20 minutes away on foot. We have swimmable rivers a short drive away, and miles of untouched wild West Coast beach. If you are getting into a creative project, consider what materials you will need to bring. Whatever you plan, it’s a good idea to leave plenty of space for dreaming, listening to the birds, and rest.
